ART THERAPY
Christine Randolph,ATR-BC,LCAT

THE ROCKLAND LIVING MUSEUM AT ROCKLAND PSYCHIATRIC CENTER

Christine founded and directed the Rockland Living Museum (RLM) at Rockland Psychiatric Center from 2010-2021. The RLM was an open art studio for inpatient and outpatient clients at the hospital. Clients that participated were diagnosed as psychotic, schizophrenic, bipolar, and chronic depression. Clients were welcomed into a large joyful space and given freedom to create from a wide variety of materials. Christine held the space for everyone and supported clients in their exploration of art and their inner worlds. During her tenure, Christine supervised over 100 undergraduate and graduate interns.

Currently Christine has a private practice in Nyack, NY. She utilizes art as well as bioenergetic body work, mindfulness, meditation, and creative visualization to support clients in their personal processes. She believes that self-love is at the core of well-being and that there are many ways to explore trauma and create space for change and growth.
